Merit, Fairness, and Equality – No D.E.I.

It is time to bring back Merit, Fairness, and Equality. Educational institutions and corporate human resource departments have been pushing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to the point that the best candidates are often overlooked due to quotas and reverse discrimination.

Let’s make MFE the new DEI.
