“President Donald Trump continues to dominate in polling of Republican primary voters.
President Trump has a 39.8 percent lead right now in the RealClearPolitics national polling average. Trump is at 54.6 percent, Ron DeSantis trails at 14.8 percent, and Vivek Ramaswamy is in third with 6.7 percent.
The only real race going on right now in the Republican primary is that for second place. Recent polls have shown Vivek Ramaswamy and even Chris Christie beating out Ron DeSantis for that second place spot.
The betting odds now place Ramaswamy in second place, with DeSantis trailing in third.
Meanwhile, President Trump continues to be the best-positioned Republican to beat Joe Biden in the 2024 election.
The latest Fox News poll released Wednesday showed President Trump performing better than every other Republican against Biden.”
