Jon Ossoff (D-GA) repeatedly demanded if Iran posed an imminent nuclear threat; Gabbard refused to affirm, deferring: “It is not the intelligence community’s responsibility to determine what is and is not an imminent threat… The only person who can determine that is the President.” Ossoff called it evasion of DNI duties in a “worldwide threats hearing.”
