ONE Championship was back inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for another ONE Friday Fights event on Friday, May 26. The 18th edition of the series continued the streak of exciting matches featuring the best athletes in the world.
With a high-octane main event, a World Champion switching sports for the night, and a lot of other great action, ONE Friday Fights 18 was promising a memorable night. Once the dust settled on the incredible action, it was clear that the promise was kept.
Here is your recap of ONE Friday Fights 18.

Main Event
Pongsiri PK Saenchai vs. Tyson Harrison
Pongsiri Winner by Unanimous Decision
The main event lived up to the hype as Pongsiri PK Saenchai and Tyson Harrison threw every strike in their arsenal during their three-round catchweight battle.
With both men landing clean shots, a knockout may have felt like it was coming. However, their durability matched their technical acumen inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, and neither man fell. It was nine minutes of pure excitement.
After the final bell, it could have been anyone’s match. But on this night, it was the Thai star who got his hand raised and picked up the unanimous decision victory.

The showdown between Mohammed Boutasaa and Mohammed Siasarani got a lot of attention and for good reason. Siararani played the role of counterstriker in the matchup and let Boutasaa bring the action to him. For all of Boutasaa’s attempts, Siasarani landed more clean shots off and nabbed a unanimous decision victory.
ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Champion Smilla Sundell returned to ONE for a kickboxing contest against Milana Bjelogrlic and looked the part of a two-sport World Champion. Like how she captured the Muay Thai crown, Sundell’s relentless pressure proved too much for her opponent. After three rounds, it was clear “The Hurricane” earned her dominant decision win.
Malaysian-American Johan Ghazali continued his ascent up the Muay Thai ranks with another dazzling KO. The 16-year-old burst onto the scene earlier this year with a swift KO, but this one would have to wait until the third round. Still, the young gun pulled it out and cemented himself as a future star to watch blossom in the sport.
