Max Headroom 
Defending state champion Teurlings Catholic has dominated Division II wrestling in Louisiana for a decade. That dominance is a virtual guarantee to continue at the LHSAA state championships this Friday and Saturday at Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier.
The Rebels are a heavy favorite to win it all again and have eight top seeds, including freshman Alex Rozas (106), Layne Rivette (132), defending state champion Ethan Boudreaux (138), Brandt Babineaux (145), Hudson Sharon (152), Braeden Simoneaux (170), John Wayne Prejean III (195) and Kole Hayes (285). The Rebels have a seed in all 14 weight classes.
Archbishop Rummel could make a run at the top three. The Raiders have a top seed in sophomore Kaiden Triche (113) and have 11 seeded wrestlers.
North DeSoto, an annual contender, will contend for second place again and has a top seed in Caden Robison (182).
Sam Houston will contend for a top spot with two top seeds in Pollex Coleman (120) and Tyson Roach (126).
Other top seeds are Isaac Dees of Caddo Magnet (160) and Krisofer Mesloh of Parkway (220).
Brusly and Rayne are other schools to watch.
